![]() So before I spend tomorrow doing that I thought I would ask the subreddit: is there an approximate equation for the pitch of the spacecraft while performing a gravity turn. The only thing I can think of is launching manually, recording alt pitch speed, and performing non-linear regression on the graphs. I've been looking everywhere and I can't find even an approximate equation to guide my rocket. However, while I can control the pitch of my vessel, I'm having problems with calculating what the pitch of the rocket should be with respect to the altitude and speed. There is no part associated with HyperEdit. Done correctly, it will create the 'Kerbaltek' folder inside GameData. ![]() To do this im trying an unassisted gravity turn with the steering unlocked and the pitch controlled by thrust. To install on all systems - Windows, Mac and Linux - just unzip the downloaded file into your KSP game folder, alongside the KSP. ![]() I'm relatively new to kOS and I'm currently trying to create a single script to efficiently send my rockets into space.
